Kitchen 

•  General cleaning of all horizontal surfaces, countertops and furniture  

•  Cobwebs removed 

•  Clean exterior of stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster 

•  Wash, dry and store dishes and glasses 

•  Microwave interior cleaned 

•  Sink cleaned and disinfected 

•  All chrome cleaned and shined 

•  Backyard door cleaned and baseboards 

•  Floor swept and cleaned 

•  Empty ashtrays and wastebaskets 

 
 

All Rooms 

•  General dusting, cobwebs removed 

•  Dust window sills, doors, picture frames, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves, 
        and baseboards 

•  All furniture will be dusted and wiped 

•  Windows and blinds dusted 

•  Carpet or area rugs will be vacuumed and wood floors will be washed 

•  All electronic equipment will be dusted and cleaned 

•  All furniture including glass and wood tables will be dusted and polished 

•  Carpet or area rugs will be vacuumed throughout 

•  Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates 

•  Carpet or area rugs will be vacuumed and wood floors will be washed 

 
 

Bathrooms 

•  General dusting, cobwebs removed 

•  Clean, disinfect and deodorize showers, bathtubs, sinks and toilets 

•  Shower doors and tracks cleaned and disinfected 

•  Wipe down tiles 

•  Cabinet fronts wiped down 

•  Floors Cleaned and disinfected 

•  Polish chrome faucets 

•  Shake out bath mats 

•  Empty wastebaskets 

 
 

Extra Task Cleaning (Extra time apply) 

•  Inside of oven 

•  Inside of refrigerator 

•  Washing windows, shutters, cabinets, walls 

•  All bed linen will be laundered and changed
